CLIC’s organizational structure corresponds to the needs of its members. The Coordination Group (CG) is the consortium’s governing body and it consists of the principal investigators (and their authorized delegates) for CLIC studies. The CLIC Management Group (MG) is the steering committee and it facilitates all operations and administration for the consortium. Additional groups have been added as needed, such as core logistics groups and interest groups.
The CLIC Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The Board of Directors oversees this public charity and advances its mission, including fundraising and granting of funds for CLIC research-related activities.
The CLIC MG was elected in 2025 for a three-year term (2025-2028) by the CLIC Coordination Group. The CLIC Foundation Board of Directors were elected in 2024 (except Dr. Mejía-Arangure) for a five-year term (2024-2029). Dr. Mejía-Arangure was elected in 2025 for a five-year term (2025-2030).
